As we announced yesterday, on 20 December Eleni will be setting off on a 186 km walk from New Farm to Byron Bay to raise funds to send 20 Therapists to Bangladesh in February to treat 4000 sick and disabled children.
We will be cooking breakfast and hosting a celebration for Eleni and the amazing journey she will be about to commence.
The more people there to see her off, the more supported she will feel when her walk becomes a struggle – and walking 186 km, with very little sight, is definitely going to prove to be a challenge for her.
